Taking the knee

When all our establishments are run by black ethnics just how discriminating will they become, I see a growing white underclass who have lost hope of ever leading a productive life and have turned feral.

I have no wish to live in a society that channels it's resources to only include so called minorities at the expense of ignoring the majority.

If we now have racism it's against the poorer white classes .

What happened to scoops is wrong. I have metnioned earlier I'm not necessarily in favour of quotas as people get appointed who aren't necessarily up to the job. I am definitely against it where it means someone losing their job. That could lead to all kinds of problems. If I am in favour it is in recruitment for vacancies, where a job is available, not turfing someone out of ajob.

where is this evident? I saw a lot of complaining about immigrants taking jobs but a good example of people being ableto do something about it and didn't was the filling of vacancies on fruit farsm. Or not, as it didn't happen. There are too many people blaming their woes on foreigners and immigrants. That's why the Tories haven't done anything to stopp immigration, they are a useful distraction from the shambles they are making of running the country whilst stealing our money.

As for the comment about black footballers, people don't care so much when they are performing for their team. They are a useful commodity. owvere, your point helps to demonstrate there is a problem as why aren't many of them going into management, seeing as there are so many black players?

Try going around the worst council estates in any town or city you see white youths with no hope or direction, living in the countryside I see farmers who have very few farm labourers because they rent farm machinery for havesting vegetables and fruit you are living in the past .

The only descrimintion I see is against poor white poor people born here, watching the boats coming from the obviously unsafe EU you have to wonder why they head to the UK with no means to buy a home when there are 4 million on council waiting lists for 3 million full council homes.

Footballers like Sterling use the race card even when he's pocketing ÂŁ300k a week, life's been hard for him in racist UK.

Just how many British managers are there in the EPL nevermind black managers, but some halfwit will demand more black managers even if they are unsuitable and fail that's par for the course now in very job.

what about TV ads, all are mixed race families now, even though thats not reflective of the UK, l don't care, but it does make you think theres programming at work, in fact we know there is. The reason yet to be recognised, by me anyway.

Why do these people have no hope or direction? Blaming immigrants and brown people is playing into the hands of the wealthy and it's too simplistic. Divide and conquer, feed off scraps. Look over there, that brown person wants your biscuit, as they pocket the rest. Maggie introduced council house sell-offs and made it illegal to use the proceeds to build more to replace them. Successive Govts have failed to invest enough into affordable housing. It suits them to levae the plebs fighting for the scraps, and back to blaming brown people. 10 years of Tory austerity haven't helped. A political decision that has hurt the poorest section of society the most.

We're the 5th richest nation in the world, we have more than enough money to go round, but who has most of it?
 
Did anyone notice against Athens we were taking the knee and they just kicked off as normal. I was almost praying they would score while we were groveling on our knees.

But why do we have to see it at every match either live or on the highlights because it reduces the actual football content of a programme to which viewers subscribe
 
I find it quite bizarre that a collection of multi millionaires support a violent hard core marxist organisation that would see them stripped of their wealth in a moment.

That they also appear to deify a violent American criminal, a drug user and dealer with a penchant for threatening pregnant (black) women with a gun.
 
Well the higher the profile of the person the more stronger the message. Sterling and Hamilton more people will listen to them rather than your average politician.

George Floyd? That incident was the catalyst for what happened afterwards. Whatever his crimes, he had a right to a fair trial, not death by a police officer in the street.

What a lopsided view. There are more than enough accounts at a more understandable level as to why BLM is supported (the call for change, not the violent organisation you refer to).
 
The problem is now that it's becoming like the pub bore. Most people agree that racism is wrong, a few don't agree and those left have largely taken a view about it all so to continue with kneeling down at the start of every game is now pretty much pointless and is danger of causing so much irritation it has the opposite effect

Was this the first example you quoted (the Asian guy buying the company) or the big corporate D&I incident - you mentioned the latter was a year ago while this says 2016?

The actions of such people are turning people off, they are seen as whiney and self obsessed individuals and genuinely decent people are getting bored with it.

The guy was a known violent criminal out of his skull on Fentanyl. Yes he deserved a fair trial and it appears that Chauvin was something of a thug himself, piss poor show all round. But turning him into some kind of icon, I don't think so.

BLM is a violent marxist anti white anti capitalist organisation. It should be classed as a terrorist organisation. Check out their website.

The 'call for change' as you call it would be rather more convincing if it was accepting of the idea that 'all lives matter' which they are not. It is a racist sentiment born out of a racist organisation.

Initial one was 1980. First proper job in Leicester with a printers. Worked for a straight up Londoner who sold it to an Asian family so he could go home. They promised to keep us all on but locked the doors the following day and goonered all of us.
More recent 2016- £25b corporate with their new Diversity policy and He for she mantra. (Look it up as it’s a very real thing) 80 mainly white guys cooted and changed out for BAME and women who had never been in the industry. New Asian lady president lasted 2 years before almost running the UK into the ground, Asian VP who was a complete balloon lasted 2.5 years and the lovely lady who got my role lasted 6 months before they realised she knew faack all as well.

Nepotism and cronyism have been around since the year dot, we've all suffered from that. Just because it happened to you under a POC doesn't mean there aren't genuine grievances you have, nor does it make the problems POC suffer from lesser than your own.
Don't confuse it with a policeman pulling you over because you're the wrong colour, or one kneeling on your neck so you die from asphyxiation.
There are nuances that get lost when discussing this as if everybody's problems are all equal.
Being passed over for promotion or being fired is not the same as dying at the hands of a policeman because you have the wrong colour skin.

The first was simply an Asian firm cooting white British employees and the second a huge corporate filling the diversity and inclusion quotas.

Back in the 70s and 80s I was working in the music business. Out and about at all times of the night, for stopped regularly by the OB. Usually for no reason.

In those days I lived in Chiswick, getting stopped walking home from working in St Peters square with my clothes reeking of ganga, was quite van experience.

They searched me, twice, and let me go, because I was white obviously.
