Was the barmaid with the big hands and deep voice working? No, only a short walk away Hales Bar. It’s a quirky old place with gas lights in the roof and gas cigar lighters on the bar. I’ve been up here for work. I had two in Roosters tap room just near to the office and a pint in Hales then hit the sack after a bit of scran.

Lord Nelson and the Sole Bay were doing Blackshore Stout ... blooming lovely. Plus a new one called Clipping Waves - excellent.Sole Bay is good, Lord Nelson even better in Southwold. Bitter and Broadside fresh as a daisy.
I don't know it - don't know why it's not caught my eye as I used to go to Harrogate quite a bit.No, only a short walk away Hales Bar. More noticeable is Brew XI don’t see that hardly anywhere and if you do it’s a shadow of its former self.
