Disappointing signings

I had a think about this and started to jot down some names on a brand new A4 lined note book. After 1 hour my pen ran out so I never bothered.

A - Akinbadbuy Amartey
B- Bertrand Beckford
C - DJ Campbell Cadamartari

I’m stopping now before I top myself

Stephen hughes, rab douglas, Kevin pressman oh shit now I've started they're all coming flooding back! Make it stop!!!

Just about anyone Eriksson signed. Read them and weep.
Darius Vassell, Yakubu (totally forgot about him and he scored 11 gold apparently), Stephen Hughes, Jeffery Bruma, the list goes in…
Eriksson signings

As for disappointments never liked Ian Walker and Martin Keown was a big let down.

Stephen Hughes was a Lavein signing I think

What weird ones to pick out. Vassell was one of those who when we signed him I was disappointed as I had never really rated him but I thought when not injured he looked quality. Yakubu, one goal every other game, not sure how much you want. The signing & playing of PL loanees regardless of form (Bruma, Johnson, Van Anholt) and for signing players who had showed up well against us but were garbage (Mills & Danns) on the other hand.

Nothing to do with Eriksson but Akinbiyi was the single biggest "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" when I heard of his signing and he thoroughly lived up to expectations. As for players who we signed and were disappointing; Ricky Hill, a man who gave the appearance of not only having lost what he had but had forgotten what it was in the first place.
