Accept trans gender folk as they are.

The thing that gets me, is in this life we have a duty to support ourselves and our families.
Thats our job.

We stand on our own two feet, if we don't then we are living off someone else's toil.
This is wrong and makes them parasitical by nature. None of these "trans" whatever they are, maintain theirselves, they basically think its ok and they have a right to remain in a child like existence.

They are simply irresponsible children, who scream and scream that its someone else's fault.

The currently widely-held idea that somebody can be born in 'the wrong body', and that this should be corrected via drugs and surgery, is going to inflict so much damage on our young people that future generations will look back on this period with utter astonishment and horror
 
In Scotland, the SNP is currently pushing through legislation that will basically give men like David Orton the right to freely enter women's spaces if they declare themselves to be a woman. The UN has urged Nicola Sturgeon to pause the bill, but Sturgeon is absolutely determined to push it through.

One day this insanity will be recognised for what it is, but there will be more victims like this 14-year-old girl before that happens.

Those shared spaces are just money-saving exercises by the leisure centres and shops.
Women should have places to change away from men.

Men shouldn't be able to enter these places, just because they wear a dress.

There are certain contexts in which men have been separated from women throughout history and in virtually every country in the world. Why? Because the overwhelming proportion of sexual assaults are committed by men, the large majority of them against women. It's a basic principle of safeguarding that women should be kept apart from men in situations where they're vulnerable - changing facilities, hospitals, prisons, shelters, etc. This is so widely acknowledged and practiced that it is pretty much a universal truth.

Allowing men who claim they 'feel' like a woman (as if they have any idea what that means) into those spaces puts those women at risk. It's putting the 'feelings' of men above the safety of women. I think it's fair to be deeply suspicious of the motives of any man who thinks this is a good idea.

So you're in favour of singling out a whole sub-section of society because one or two pervs use it as an opportunity to be pervs?

How about we do away with nightclubs because a few pervs inject young girls or spike their drinks? How about we ban men from coaching amateur athletics, swimming etc because a few of them are pervs? Etc, etc...

They’re not being singled out - they're being asked to follow the same rules and conventions as everybody else. If you're a biological male, you have no business in places designated specifically for women.

The logic of your position is that men and women should never be segregated in any circumstances. Is that what you actually believe?

Just put safeguarding in place to prevent pervs where possible like they have when blokes are coaching amateur sports or cctv in nightclubs and awareness campaigns.

What is needed is to not single them out.
Make the same rules apply to that tiny section of society, that apply to everyone else.
I'm on the side of girls and women feeling safe.
Don't really care how that makes a man wearing a dress feel.

Your point about nightclubs isn't really related to the shared spaces problem.

Some men have been banned from coaching, sometimes after abusing boys.

But all that is different from allowing male strangers to take their clothes of, in a cubicle next to a young girl.

That bloke with a bit of lippy on has probably been told to live as a female for several years before undergoing surgery. They don't prescribe puberty blockers and book them in for an op the first time they see the Dr about it, as implied on an earlier post.

But he can never live ‘as a female’ because he’s male. He can wear whatever he wants and call himself whatever he wants. And good luck to him - there’s nothing wrong with defying outmoded stereotypes. But he will never be a female, so by definition there is no way he can ever ‘live’ as a female.
