All politicians and members of the Lords (appearance fees) are paid via the public purse and go out of their way to make political points on social media. are they only to speak politics when sitting in either house and have to keep quiet at all other times?

i think tories are cunts but i don't think they should be banned from showing what cunts they are on social media publicly paid or not just because i don't agree with it.

I don't have problem with people who have a career in politics, even if I don't agree with them.
That's politicians at work, not some publicly
overpaid celebrity inflicting his political grievances on the nation.
