Man Utd Match Thread

We needed to be 2 up v the reserves . They’ll beat us r 2nd half.
Yet another great opportunity missed . We won’t get another .
 
These bastards will put the lot of us into an early grave.
In one way I’m really bloody annoyed. Just two points from either Newcastle or Southampton and we’d be there!!
But hey ho. Just relax.
 
On 66 pts., we're now four points above last season's total (62). Last year though, 66 points were enough for 3rd and 4th place.
 
I thought we would get a point tonight but to get 3 fantastic, let's have a nice non dramatic week training and bring that cup to Leicester for fans present and past once and for all.

Hope you don't mind me saying, but IMHO you're coming across as a bit of a cunt with your hilarious replies to every post that you don't fully agree with – and you will continue to appear so – if you can't seemingly can't accept that different people have different:

coping mechanisms
levels of optimism
shortness of memory
degrees of complacency
methods of limiting disappointment
stress relief
sense of humour
etc

whilst still continuing to fully support the club that we may well have supported for the same length of time or even a lot longer than you have.

Quite a number of weeks ago someone on here said 68 would be the magic number. I think that’s still true. Annoyingly a win at 10 man Southampton would have been the 68. 66 though could still be enough but we need manure not to lose to Victimpool on Thursday.
