For me he's done a fantastic job of tuning the club around, yes there are times when I get frustrated and think we could be a lot more proactive but overall he's doing a great job on the other hand it's what happens on the pitch that creates an atmosphere, a huge crunching tackle a quick attacking move ,a flying winger, how he and the fans moaning about lack of atmosphere and people leaving early don't see this I don't know, against Swansea I would think nearly everyone in the ground would of sooner be on the way home rather than watching through back 4/5 pass it around with no intention of going forward. As for him leaving I really can't see it, his first management job over here and he spits the dummy out as soon as everyone isn't blowing smoke up his arsenal isn't going to look very good on his cv
