For greater emphasis and credence best written in upper case FACT! (and with an exclamation mark for a finishing flourish).Fact - something that 95% of the time doesn't strictly adhere to the Oxford Dictionary definition of the word, but is used in an exchange of views to give credence to a particular point of view.

Florest , I prefer F****t or the Evil Red Filth from up the road
We should really make reference to Direby’s pathetic return of 11 points over a season. Call them The Embarrassments or something.Snotters and shaggers
Which one....The secret pub
(everyone in the world knows where it is)
I can't believe 'ponce' hasn't been mentioned. To ponce is much maligned by some but I've never see the problem - tickets that would otherwise be unused get paid for and the seller ought to be in receipt of a pint or two by the grateful recipient. A win-win scenario.
That's if the transaction is conducted properly and in a gentlemanly fashion of course. There has been some notable abuse of the arrangement: GTIF and the Bear running off with Charley Farley's ST being the most obvious, though the aftermath was a very funny saga.
I was a fan of the Ponce system having used it myself on a few occasions. Bournemouth away thanks Bruin, & Brentford in the cup last year, spring to mind.I can't believe 'ponce' hasn't been mentioned. If there was a Hall of Fame for threads on this board the story of the Missing Season Ticket would be in it.I was a fan of the Ponce system having used it myself on a few occasions. Bournemouth away thanks Bruin, & Brentford in the cup last year, spring to mind.
However, there's no doubt some folk would get their requests in extremely early.
Or change their minds on the day of delivery with barely an apology...I was a fan of the Ponce system having used it myself on a few occasions. Bournemouth away thanks Bruin, & Brentford in the cup last year, spring to mind.

Or suddenly tell you they have forgotten to go to the cashpoint as they arrive in the pub to collect the ticket.Or change their minds on the day of delivery with barely an apology...
