Most don’t, they only want to cancel or justifying cancelling someone or something they don’t agree with and come up with a 1000 bullshit reasons why. Those that still can’t see through the left right bollocks either claim offence or are happy to allow bullshit to become reality as long as they agree with the bullshit. No morals or common decency amongst them.

You're confusing cancelling with the right not to listen. You choose not to listen. You choose not to read the book, buy the newspaper, watch the tv show.
You're not demanding the book be banned or burned, the newspaper closed, the tv show banned from the airwaves.

Someone chooses not to listen to someone. Could be a politician, a novelist or even a singer or group. Turn the radio off telly off etc. But they don’t demand every one else doesn’t listen to them. That what cancelling is all about.

Vaccine side effects.
The judge who gave fracking protesters a prison sentence when his sister was a major shareholder of the company that had the fracking contract.
No cancelling of Biden when he claimed getting the jab means you will not catch covid, you will not die of covid, you will not be hospitalised with covid.
Left or right don’t matter, it’s any challenge to the establishment and your fucked.
Everyone’s pissing their pants over Ukraine yet 30 million could stave in Yemen due to Saudis continual bombing campaign.
UN figures reckon 370’000 or 270’000 kids have been killed due to Saudi bombing that the west supports.

Everyone’s losing their shit over Abramavich.
They’re all at it. Name one premier club owner / owners who haven’t got big fuck off skeletons in their cupboards. Yet we love it cheer them on if it’s “our” club. Until the establishment want you to think differently and they can do that within a week. Hero to zero in 7 days and we all fall for it. Do you think the establishment / media don’t know about the skeletons, they’ve only just found out about it and see it as their public duty to inform us all?
Cancelling is just one of the many tools they use to control us and kettle us into how they want us to think.

They are all legitimate issues of concern but are really more about hypocrisy surely?

Ignoring legitimate issues is surely cancel culture. Like I’ve said, it’s used in different ways. It’s not specific.
