2. I don’t believe they will. I think is so far down their list of priorities.I think it's great. We'll sell those extra tickets easily. There are 2 things that concern.me though:
1. Will they improve the transport links as they are awful, and the main reason people leave games early.
2. Will the club sort out the ground and where people sit. It's the perfect opportunity to get safe standing and a decent 2000+ area for the singers.
And you love it don't you.Be offer cut price tickets to the thousands who only stay for 80 minutes
Piling out in their thousands last night on about 75 minutes
Postive spin is that they do mention that they've now got aditional land (the Eon site).Reading the LCFC official site suggests that ambitions might be scaled back?
League positioncontinuing to monitor associated market conditions,
Satisfying the Council about transport accessabiltuy was key to obtaining full permission.
It is now about deciding priorities as it would be naive to expect full development all at once.
Obviously the new stand is top and the new store would free up the present site for a museum.
Next in line would probably be the multi storey car park to keep the Council onside.
I don't get a 220 room hotel, bit far from city centre and coming after the Tigers hotel nearby.
The new housing block will be popular with the housing dept., produce income and could be
easy to start being presumably a bit further away from the core football site.
I'm guessing the hotel would service need on match days and also the new indoor arena.
Hopefully the people staying there to watch the game won’t leave the stadium earlyI'm guessing the hotel would service need on match days and also the new indoor arena.
There’s one next to the tigers ground without the option of gigs, how well is that doing?Good luck to anyone trying to run a hotel based on 19 / 23 matches a year plus a few gigs! Think any potential operators will be looking for stronger demand than that....
