Season ticket renewals



For the 2023/24 season, the Club will continue the use of Mobile Tickets, also known as NFC.

During the renewals period, which is open now, current Season Ticket Holders have the option upon purchase to select either:

- Mobile Ticket (NFC Pass)
- Physical Season Ticket Card

With your 2023/24 Season Tickets due to renew automatically by Direct Debit, you are now required to select one of the above.

To reduce the Club’s carbon footprint and facilitate smoother entry for all supporters on matchdays, it is preferable that supporters select the Mobile Ticket option and download it to their device before the first home match of the new season.

Please note that you will be required to add an entry for each of your Season Tickets (if applicable) and assign them to each supporter number correctly.

If Selecting a physical Season Card:
Season Ticket Holders with a physical card who are retaining their seat for the new season in the same seat and in the same age band should retain their existing card for the 2023/24 campaign. Any supporters who destroy or lose their card, and haven’t changed category or age band, will be subject to a charge for a replacement card. You will still need to select your method below.

If selecting a Mobile Season Ticket
A link will be email to each Season Ticket Holder ahead of the first league game of the season.

The deadline to submit your choice is 5pm on Wednesday 14 June – supporters who have not selected their preference by this time will default to a Mobile Ticket.

I agree, if you miss the email or it goes into spam I suspect you are knackered.
Also miss the cut off date and you are done for.
It was easy to do but would have been easier with a tick box form.
Suspect they might be trying to complicate things slightly.

Has anyones entry experience been improved stood waiting for poor suckers trying to figure out how to get in...whether theyve not got the ticket on screen, or having to decide if they should scan the code in the slot, or putting the phone near the reader, or changing from their kids ticket to their own, or just downright failing to get in.

I threw my ST card in the bin yesterday in discust. As I read the email I realised that was a mistake. Bin day is tomorrow. I was scrambling around in my big black bin outside looking for my card this afternoon. I could see my neighbour looking at me strangely. Probably thought poor bastard. Relegated on Sunday and he’s now looking for any remnants of beer/wine bottles. He’s a manure fan. From Blackpool.
 
Mobile Season Tickets will come in sooner or later. The club want it for whatever reason. Of course they’re making it awkward to keep a card.
 
Yes I’ve renewed why would you…..No VAR we can actually cheer when we score on not have to worry about some twat who hasn’t played football being the fun police and ruling out a goal for a shoulder being offside.

Well that’s if we managed to score some goal
 
Usual contradiction chaos. One email says the 23/24 tickets will be automatically uploaded onto our current (physical) cards. Another says we will still have to choose. If I follow the links to choose it won’t let me as it says we have already renewed, Fucking gross incompetence 😡
 
I’ve kept mine. TF Jnr now thinking of away days with Leicester rather than Notts County!!!

Is there a window for shifting seats? I fancy the ones near the dugout or the Directors Box, just so I can get my point across. Not sure the powers that be are reading the Roof for helpful hints.

Seriously, is there a chance to move?

3. Can I relocate to another area of the stadium for the 2023/24 season?
Yes. Supporters wishing to relocate must renew their Season Ticket during the renewal period, then contact the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) from 9am on Thursday 16 June 2023.

If supporters are relocating for other supporters aged 18 or over, then we will require an email with authorisation from each Season Ticket Holder. All authorisation emails will need to go to ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk.

Please note: Relocations are subject to an additional £5 charge per Season Ticket Holder.

That Thursday is the 15th June not the 16th which is Friday.

Need to login to your LCFC account, click on where it says Buy and it will take you through to choose which option you want
 
My season ticket renewel will be the same, so my season card can be updated. When it comes to my Grandson, he moves from U18 to U22. So i assume they would have to issue a new card. But would they or would he be put on Mobile. I suppose i could ring them, but that is not always a easy exercise.

You simply have to go thru a series of selections on your account.
Pretty simple but some of the links are not obvious. Took me a couple of minutes to complete.

Most restaurant meals; we already know what the menu says but who the fuck knows precisely what will be in each dish and what it will taste like.

Finall sussed it out. Still think the process is ridiculously complex and designed to maximise the number of defaults to mobile tickets

If people can’t take some responsibility and search themselves to find out the renewal date ……
