For the 2023/24 season, the Club will continue the use of Mobile Tickets, also known as NFC. During the renewals period, which is open now, current Season Ticket Holders have the option upon purchase to select either: - Mobile Ticket (NFC Pass) - Physical Season Ticket Card With your 2023/24 Season Tickets due to renew automatically by Direct Debit, you are now required to select one of the above. To reduce the Club’s carbon footprint and facilitate smoother entry for all supporters on matchdays, it is preferable that supporters select the Mobile Ticket option and download it to their device before the first home match of the new season. Please note that you will be required to add an entry for each of your Season Tickets (if applicable) and assign them to each supporter number correctly. If Selecting a physical Season Card: Season Ticket Holders with a physical card who are retaining their seat for the new season in the same seat and in the same age band should retain their existing card for the 2023/24 campaign. Any supporters who destroy or lose their card, and haven’t changed category or age band, will be subject to a charge for a replacement card. You will still need to select your method below. If selecting a Mobile Season Ticket A link will be email to each Season Ticket Holder ahead of the first league game of the season. The deadline to submit your choice is 5pm on Wednesday 14 June – supporters who have not selected their preference by this time will default to a Mobile Ticket. | ||

I don’t see how it was awkward.Mobile Season Tickets will come in sooner or later. The club want it for whatever reason. Of course they’re making it awkward to keep a card.
