Would you be annoyed if Brendan left for Man United?

Not saying he should go or anything like that, but it appears when it comes to pressure [either challenging top 4 or big top 6 game] he seems to fall short. i know he won at Man City. it just seems that under his leadership we dont have that fearless streak Pearson would say if you cant win the game make damn sure you draw it. Claudio would take the pressure off the players and say play with no fear.

We’ve won at Leeds, Man City and Arsenal already this season. Yes, we didn’t come out of the blocks at Anfield, but not many teams prosper there. And NFP used to call games against the bigger clubs ‘Bonus Games’, didn’t he?

The impression I have with Rodgers is that he thinks he is doing us a huge favour by being our manager. Could we do better ? I like Dean Smith, I bet he sends his lot out without fear, as Claudio did. I do not think it is being deluded ( unlike Arsenal ) to believe we have a really talented squad that can compete effectively in the Premier league. And which with the right leadership on the pitch e.g folk like Huth could make a real fist of Champions league qualification on a regular basis. The earlier post about Bodgers was very interesting, especially if you think he is actually David Brent.

We need to bin Rodgers get Walshie in. He knows the club and would terrify the players into playing without fear!

God start, Clapham. But I think we should go full mental and get Roy Keane in as the motivational guru
