One rule for the smaller countries and another for the bigger ones. Now let me think about that for a second.
Is this like UEFA who still haven’t really punished Barça RM and Juve despite them still wanting to start the BCC league. Or the PL who allow Chelsea to constantly get away with and real punishment despite being involved in one flare up after another.
