Why no bookies' odds?

Yesterday somebody requested odds on our next manager from Sky Bet via their twitter account. Sky Bet refused, saying, "We wouldn't look to offer this at the current stage." However they are offering odds on Leeds' manager even though they're in a similar situation to us (ie, having appointed an interim manager until the end of the season). No other bookies are offering odds on our manager either.

What is it about our situation that makes the bookies so reluctant to offer odds on our next manager?

I don't think the Thais have any intention to sell.

We are gutted to be in The Championship and my wife is delighted that Argyle are in The Championship
She likes to remind me that a few years ago we were in The Champions League and they were near the bottom of League 2
