Just herd Simon Jordan lay into The Elite Manager big time. He accused him of setting a bonfire after the FA Cup loss to Forest, digging out players and then manufacturing his leaving when it suited him to get out.

Jim White said he had spoken to The Elite Manager this morning and he had agreed to go on the show after the season ends.

There was no mutual agreement in my opinion…he jumped ship.
Not sure they take listeners questions on air on that program, but if so, it’s a great opportunity to take him to task.

I think he did too Charley. It ‘suited’ both parties.
Quick question to all. When it’s said that Bodgers was on £10m/year, is that just his package. I’m assuming the club pays for all his assistants too? Doesn’t come out of the narcissists pay does it? I also found it interesting that Bodgers didn’t try and get someone in to replace the pie eater who went to Wigan. Just shows you how the whole club has been run in the last 18 months.
I know some feel Simon Jordan loves himself a bit too much but whenever I’ve listened to him he runs rings round most pundits although that’s not too difficult when you’re talking about ex players. I like him. I’d love to hear him ‘interview’ Bodgers although we’ll never hear the full truth of how he left. The other side I’d love to hear is from the players and what’s really been going on at Seagrave in the last 18-24 months. Perhaps Evans will spill the beans as I suspect he’ll retire at the end of the season.
 
I can just imagine the arsehole creeping Jim White introducing him

Was there a flurry of calls into the show from ‘Leicester fans’ reminding Jordan that he’d got the team to ‘two 5th place finishes’?

Or maybe some neutrals chipped in with a ‘who do Leicester think they are’ line..

l believe he hit a get out clause set up in his contract. Bottom 3 and out both cups, him and his gang walk with no money !
