What did vardy mean??

Vardy was obviously a problem for Rodgers. He doesn't tend to do well with the experienced players and Vardy is (rightly) untouchable. No surprise that when he is starved of service and plays a bit part off the bench Vardy has struggled to score. Also probably no coincidence that when Vardy was at his peak Rennie as the physio and kept him in top shape. Rodgers liked to blow smoke up Maddison's arse even when he was not playing well but did not know how to deal with Vardy (who unlike Schmeichel he could not conveniently get shipped out).

Are you sure he wasn't mad at smith for dropping him?

I’m sure you guys are right in saying that he has been pissed off with Rodgers shit management, surely goes without saying. However, him knocking Rodgers in an interview would get him in trouble how exactly??
When he said he’d get into trouble if he said how he really felt, I’m sure he was on about
f-ing & blinding on camera.

Effing and hedging about Rodgers on camera is what I reckon he meant

The old adage is no one is bigger than the club.

The only person that could have been untouchable at Leicester was Ranieri. The minute they billeted him, no one else is.

Vardy is a club legend, that is true. He has been rubbish for 18 months. That is also true. Does it diminish his record here, no.

But we are in the business of winning games and he’s meant to score. Until last night, he’s been anonymous and miles off it.

Listen to Pipers comments he reckons Vardy lost confidence and is a player who needs to play every game he said Vardy looked more his like his old self and needs the service instead of being isolated under Rodgers.

As Vardy said in his post match interview its all about defending your own box and attacking the other.
"How you get there doesn't really matter"
In other words fuck tippy tappy Brendan ball.

He's right.
It's how we won the Premier League.
Brendan Ball could get us relegated.

Last season was one of his most prolific in terms of goalscoring netting 15 times from 25 appearances with no penalties. In the title season he scored 24 from 36 appearances and that included 5 penalties.

No one will ever be able to say if Vardy would have scored more if he’d been played constantly under that dick, but as you say we are in the business of winning games & there was a constant at the club who had the biggest influence on trying to achieve this & failed on a catastrophic level

We are in the business of winning games and Vardy is meant to score. Until last night, he’s been given no proper service this season, which is another big reason why we’re in the mire. Maybe he can get us out of it yet.
There, I’ve fixed it for you.
