No1?
No1?
Think I’m at 5 physicals. Normal, uninvited cov, uninvited Stoke (by mistake) Horton LP (I’ve got the first one still in the packaging when it was sent) and the zoo something one not sure what it doesI can’t make the London one as I’m in Ireland on business. I’m a little gutted although I don’t need another new album, I already have 5 on pre order, 6 if you include the download!!

You don’t fancy Oz then?Same then. Makes me feel a bit better knowing it’s not just me!!
I’ve a signed CD coming, Uninvited Brighton and London CD’s, an LP (curry sauce) and the Assai LP. I bought the Assai LP for Kids Off The Estate, Assai’s a record shop in Scotland if you don’t know it.
With hindsight I should have tried to get to the Cov gig too.
My mate from Sheffield has a load of Horton art in his house, I bought him the Horton version of the first album when they played at Southend.
I’ve tickets to Sheffield Arena in September and I will have a weekend in Europe this summer, they are bound to play a European tour. I was meant to see them in Amsterdam and Germany but they had to cancel the tour due to Covid.
3 CD’s turned up yesterday. Not overly sold on the Album yet, Only listened to it the once. Never heard a track I’d skip in the past. Might be a first with this one.Since this I’ve bought a ticket to their album signing gig at Rough Trade East on Tuesday lunchtime so add another piece of vinyl to this.
I’ll ask them about a European tour later this year.
Anyway my deliveries are all still inbound but I have listened to my download a few times. I think it’s a decent effort with not too much changed.
Apparently Maneskin are the main threat.I saw that last night. Has anyone else released a new album this week? I’ve no idea. Timing could be everything.
Gonna go and chat to them this lunchtime at a signing event at Rough Trade East. Any questions?
Mine is about plans for a European tour this year.
Main threat is Black Star Riders. Ricky Warwick is doing a few in stores and signings this week that will boost the physical sales.Apparently Maneskin are the main threat.
You should have waited until next week to buy the Black Star RidersI've got both The Reytons and Black Star Riders albums so I've not helped hehe. I'm seeing Ricky at HMV in Leicester next week too
Yes I had a good few minutes with them. They’re obviously really thrilled at the chance of getting to number one. They tell me they’re playing a load of festivals again this summer and not doing a European tour although after the few they played in Netherlands recently they may do a bigger gig there later this year.Did you get to chat with them Daggers? I spoke to Johnny back in 2017 after their first gig. He’s a big fucker ain’t he.
