Is it really a real thing? I get people having tics or whatever, but I'm not sure about the funny abusive based stuff.

There weren't kids with this sort of tourettes when we were at school. There were a few weird kids that ticked here and there, or did weird things, but no fucker was spontaneously coming out with abusive comedy gold moment every ten minutes and getting away with it.

It's definitely real we thought my wife had it seen the doctors and had loads of tests luckily all negative it turns out I actually am a fat useless c@#t

Mute Tourettes Syndrome has long been in the shadow of its more famous sister-disease, 'Tourettes Syndrome', and although much rarer, is even more tragic in its consequences. While a child suffering from Tourettes has difficulty in containing its anger and frustration, a child with Mute Tourettes suffers the opposite, and is unable to express their true feelings through speech. There is, however, an answer. A great deal has been achieved by the Mute Tourettes Foundation using new art therapy techniques.

I’ve noticed that very occasionally and in isolation you revert to a spasm of “reverse Tourette’s”. This is when you actually manage to put a sentence together that doesn’t contain any swear words. It always comes as a surprise to be honest!
