That’s great but was always going to be the case. 10,000 people isn’t a massive amount in reality, although just a handful could make all the difference.

Local election turnout is historically low and around 35% usually.
When turnout is low, individual votes obviously have more of an effect and is why the Tories have tried to reduce it even more.
