The music was thud like.
Would anyone mind if I shared the 31 pages and make them 'Free To Air' so to speak? It would put the lid on this whole sad saga once and for all. I've let my lawyer peruse the documents and he's quite happy. Remember it ain’t a ‘private’ messaging service. No one has ever said it was.
 
Yes I would object. If I had intended to post on an open forum I would have done so.
Some people, such as Dickie, Jackie and Bnet, on here like to call people cunts to their faces. A lot of the messages on this famous conversation were enabling the participants to discuss those people's posts and reactions to them without a need to get involved in the inevitable "gang Vs gang" vile insult trading that goes on in this forum.
But it's up to you, Micky. Clearly you and your friends have read it already. Your terms and conditions now clearly day that nothing should be considered confidential on this website. If you do post it, you will see that no one was ever trying to close the site down, but were more concerned with some of the posts of certain individuals.

Seriously though, I'm ready to move on. (I can't speak for anyone else.) But it does get annoying when some members of 'the gang' become 'pushy' in their denials.

That's one down. NorthwestFox doesn't want 'the non-existent' conversation to be shown publically. I'm guessing he might be okay, if his name and comments, which were never written, are blacked out.

How do the other guys who 'didn't have a conversation' feel about sharing their 'non-conversation'?
 
I never said that conversations had not taken place. Isn't that exactly what the envelope symbol is for? I really don't see why everyone is so shocked. What I have maintained all along is that as far as I could see no one was trying to "bring down" the board or attack Mickey or affect his livelihood from it and I still maintain that. We certainly were not "a group plotting" to do so.

I'm just curious then Bud. I think in the past I've supported you. Can you please try to answer these questions?

1. What happens when you report a website for breaching data privacy?
2. Doesn't that potentially cause big problems for all of the people tasked with running the website?
3. Doesn't that potentially lead to legal problems?
4. Doesn't that potentially lead to people losing jobs, paying legal fees, paying fines?

5. What happens when you report an individual to a government 'security agency' based on their continuous writings on a website?
6. Putting aside the shit for the guy who you report, don't that also cause big problems for the people tasked with running the website?

7. Can't you see that you are saying one thing, but look like you're in complete denial of what the conequencies would be? Can you see that?

Yes, I object. I didn't think that our snide conversations and plans to bully one particular individual would come out in the open.
Some people, such as Dickie, Jackie and Bnet are straight up enough to openly voice what they don't like, and tell people what they think. Whereas our snide gang was about discussing those posters and slagging them off behind their backs, we wanted to bully and ridicule one member in particular and used the messaging as a way to hatch plans to pick on him and try and group bully him.

I know I've repeatedly denied that there was a message group that was discussing reporting the site and users to the authorities, and although Hackney was the only one that thought it a bad idea to take it that far, the rest of us thought it would be a good way to get back at people that we didn't like. You see we're sneaky fucks so rather than confront the problem head on, we thought it better to work in a snide group to do as much damage to the site as possible without anyone knowing it was done by us.

But if you feel the need to embarrass and humiliate us more by releasing the 31 pages then you'll see that we were not only working out the best way to report the site, but also you'll read all the open hatred and planned bullying of one poster, and us belittling other posters because we're a bunch of snide cunts that haven't got the bollocks to face up to stuff like men.

Before all the whstsboutery and denials only two of the groovy gang could have come out the other side with a little bit of credibility still in tact. Hackney because at least he recognised the implications and wasn’t comfortable about it and Daz because of his mental capacity.

If you write privately to The Roof asking for copies of the transcripts of their convo's I'm sure they will send everything to help you make your own mind up as to who are the snide cunts and the reasons there for. You'll have a field day with it after all the racist accusations they've thrown at you.
