It's common place in American football. Taken by the quarterback on receiving the ball to stop the game temporarily to set the next phase. How it got sucked into the racism issue, god only knows

Personally I think it’s fantastic, just when it seems there’s a little room for racism like a flash the premier league steps in and reinstates the taking of the knee to Immediately underline that there’s no room for racism, it’s going to be a long time before racism dares to raise it’s ugly head again

Interesting that in the preachy video they play about taking the Knee and anti-racism etc is an image of Wilfrid Zaha. Did the producers not know that he does not take the knee? You would think they would do some research at least, before educating us plebs about how we should behave.
