So a new buyer will need to bring in a talented right hand man/DOF type to advise, not keep rudkin.

Ultimately, Top's role is to set strategy, sign the cheques and ensure that that competent people are in the senior roles within the Club.

He has failed miserably and is clearly not competent. New owners may be equally bad but they cannot be any worse
