The man is an embarrassment everywhere he goesI'll probably get flack but here goes, I'd not class myself as a Pearsonite when he was here or anti Pearson, but I don't get the amount of stick dished out to him over the last 5 years on here. Pre his last season his record was, for me impressive. Two titles and two play offs. I'll admit the football played in 2014/15 was dreadful between around October to March but we stayed up with games to spare. His public relations were awful in his last season but since he left I don't recall him bad mouthing the club and he was put in an unbelievably awkward situation by his twat of a son. Just my opinion but apart from his spell at Derby I've always wished him well. Was told by Jake Buxton's dad within half an hour of his first meeting with the Derby players he'd alienated 90% of them by the way, maybe explains why his record was so bad there.
Some of you forget he got us out league one when we were big fish in a small pond, got us promoted to Epl, his son got him the tintak, u can't Diss him.He says what he sees, not afraid to speak his mind, what he did here was fantastic, I will never slag him off.
Give the man some respect he was the architect for the team that won the league. The man is an embarrassment everywhere he goes
And look at them now.Walked out on the club to join Hull.
Always overlooked that.
One could argue that the MOF forced his hand there, at least from how I understand things.Walked out on the club to join Hull.
Always overlooked that.
He came back. Then he and his assistants won 2 promotions and assembled a squad capable of winning the Prem, with ease looking back!Walked out on the club to join Hull.
Always overlooked that.
A bag of tools (no pun intended) is just a bag of tools. How they are put to use, and what they create, depends on whose hands they are in. Step forward Mr Ranieri. It's as simple as that. Just remember that Pearson very nearly got "his team" relegated the previous season.Him and Walsh and no shaky did a fantastic job and it was their team that won the league, this is the fact whether you like it or not, can’t really be debated it just a fact.
it was their team that won the league, this is the fact whether you like it or not, can’t really be debated it just a fact.
Can he speak English? Doubt it so it would be like Bielsa trying to keep us up.And staying up in 2014/5 was faack all to do with Pearson either.
It was Cambiasso. And only Cambiasso.
Yeah the Falkland Islands. He's got issues.
Pearson didn’t oversee a single game with those 15/16 players playing together.Him and Walsh and no shaky did a fantastic job and it was their team that won the league, this is the fact whether you like it or not, can’t really be debated it just a fact.
I thought you was talking bout Bielsa? He's got issues.
Have you been sniffing your own underpants again!Him and Walsh and no shaky did a fantastic job and it was their team that won the league, this is the fact whether you like it or not, can’t really be debated it just a fact.
Don’t be stupid I didn’t especially like his interviews and his arrogance but it was his team that won the league what part of that didn’t you understand?Have you been sniffing your own underpants again!
Yes but what can't be debated is Pearson brought most of these players, Installed the team spirit which served us so well, also acquired the sports science team that did so well. So yes he built the team that won the league it was just someone else at the helm when we won it. Without Pearson we wouldn't of won the league and that's a fact.Pearson didn’t oversee a single game with those 15/16 players playing together.
Not one.
That can’t really be debated it’s just a fact.
I agree but we wouldn't have won it with him either...[...] Without Pearson we wouldn't of won the league and that's a fact.
but it was his team that won the league what part of that didn’t you understand?
3 is a lot out of 11, so almost every player that won the league was signed by Pearson and you say he deserves no credit.by that weird logic it was pearsons and puels team that won the fa cup. after all, only three of the starting team were purchased by rodgers.
