At least he's genuinely living the outdoor life (for a week at a time), unlike that sack of hammers in the other video. Which is probably why it was so mind-numbingly boring to watch. Spare me his Buddhist bullshit about not harming blades of grass.
I checked out his other video on sleeping in a poachers cabin and there's a few giveaways on his amateur status.
Rule #1: always leave a trail you can follow to prevent getting lost, empty motor oil and beer cans are lightweight and practical for this purpose.
Rule #2: piles of old tires can be set alight for warmth and scares away the beasts of the night, like a Yeti. Do not play any woodwind instruments around Yetis, it attracts them like moths to your tire-fire flame.
Once you have a Yeti problem on your hands, you're pretty much done for.
What turned you guys on to all this? I thought all that 'unspoiled child of nature' crap was a German thing.
