The whole infrastructure of LCFC has been slowly picked apart by Rodgers while the Board stood back in an endless trance.
Now they need to act and are strangled by their own incompetence.
They should have listened to supporters long ago instead of trying to mute them and pretending that everything was just fine.
This is now a brand new project for Top and Co...they have wrecked what Vichai started and are back at square one.
 
Our best bet is a interim till end of season but I would like a decision by end of Tuesday, we can Still save ourselves.

The most astonishing thing is that nobody at the club appeared to notice how damaging actually was.
I am not in HR nor am I an expert in human behaviour, but from very early on in Rodgers tenure, his vocabulary and demeanour, to me, stunk the place out, whilst it was clear the team were also not able to benefit from his management ‘skills’.
In hindsight, the FA cup win was the death knell for the club, with the gullible Top rewarding Rodgers with a contract, when his dad would have given him the golden handshake.
 
the teams with a good structure can promote from within, Rodgers was a cancer that is still metastasising at the club.

What is the worth of Stowell, Stanton,Rudkin, the set piece coach, the fitness coach and probably 30 other clowns at Seagrave ? Zero, nada, this is a massive clear out needed. We have everything in place to be successful in the future, but its going to take a year or two with no mistakes in new staff. Get the best and right this ship.
