Wrong.Depends if it’s leasehold or freehold. The former you pay ground rent to the landlord. The latter you own it all.
Wrong.
You're just misinterpreting words. I own my car and my house. All land is held in trust , your the tenant. same as your car your the registered keeper check your log book?
Freehold = Fee Simple you own the use of the property and can pass it on, but in 1666 all land and property was put in the Cestui que vie trust your a Tennant sorryDepends if it’s leasehold or freehold. The former you pay ground rent to the landlord. The latter you own it all.
you tell them that if you break there road laws, just before they crush itYou're just misinterpreting words. I own my car and my house.
I insure my car and pay the road duty so why would they crush it? I broke their speeding laws a few times but they didn't crush it.you tell them that if you break there road laws, just before they crush it
You insure and tax there car not yours , it was signed over when registered. you leave it un taxed and they can crush it. You can legally deregister it, and ask them to destroy your personal information if that helps ? Then drive on your own platesI insure my car and pay the road duty so why would they crush it? you are the 'Registered Keeper". thats not the owner dummy !You're just misinterpreting words. I own my car and my house.
l was told how you get out of this sometime ago, I'll see if l can find out how it works.Freehold = Fee Simple you own the use of the property and can pass it on, but in 1666 all land and property was put in the Cestui que vie trust your a Tennant sorry
Crushing cars is a type of punishment, same as you get sent to prison for some crimes. Nothing to do with ownership. You insure and tax there car not yours , it was signed over when registered. you leave it un taxed and they can crush it. You can legally deregister it, and ask them to destroy your personal information if that helps ? Then drive on your own plates
The point I am making ,is that they could not crush the car if you owned it? But you do not . check it out ? No more free information from me.Crushing cars is a type of punishment, same as you get sent to prison for some crimes. Nothing to do with ownership.
No more free information from me - BS you mean. The point I am making ,is that they could not crush the car if you owned it? But you do not . check it out ? No more free information from me.
Yes please. Where does it say that a person is the legal owner of a vehicle? No more free information from me - BS you mean.
Wht can't they crush it? They can take your liberty away by locking you up. It's quite simple, you are the registered keeper because you're not necessarily the owner, for example look at the V5 for a company car.. You don't own it, the company do, but the main user is the registered keeper.
Plenty more free information if you need it.
On the receipt when you bought it. Where does it say it's owned by the state?Yes please. Where does it say that a person is the legal owner of a vehicle?
I didn’t say it was.On the receipt when you bought it. Where does it say it's owned by the state?
Same answer.I didn’t say it was.
Ahh ok, but … but… but… I bought it from someone who couldn’t prove he owned it, he was just the registered keeper. So again I’ll ask you. Where does it state legally who owns the vehicle.
Ahh ok, I know you’re the sort of person that doesn’t question anything but even someone as gullible as you must think that the system is that no one can ever prove they are the actual owner of a motor vehicle in the eyes of the law.Same answer.
You don’t need any documentation to say you’re the registered keeper for anything you’ve mentioned, well not as far as I’m aware, Barrow might be a little different to the rest of the UK. If you sell on your telly or bike or clothes you don’t need to produce any documentation and send it off.So, out of interest where does it say legally who owns your bike, or TV or watch or your clothes? Or any of your property?
So what is it that's different about a car compared to the rest of your property that means you require legal proof of ownership?
Correct. The reason why they call you a registered keeper is you can’t and never can prove you own the motor vehicle. Pigs only need you as the registered keeper to enforce the law on you. If you go back to common law, you do not cause harm, injury or loss. If you could prove you owned the vehicle legally they wouldn’t be able to take it off you and crush it for example. Logic tells you that no one can actually prove they own a vehicle legally, the state have no reason to own it, just plenty of reasons for you not to be able to prove you own it.You are the registered keeper of a vehicle firstly for tax purposes and secondly for law enforcement.
you seriously are stupid, does nothing stick in that tiny mind of yours ?Same answer.
You can put it into a private trust, so on your death it gos straight to your family without paying death duty. Also as it s in a trust no one can take it or force you to sell it for medical bills. Bit complicated and expensive to set up, but its what the rich do all the time. They own nothing but control everything. you can form a Ltd company declare it as dormant but use it to control the trust, add a power of attorney to it and your family can protect against DNR notice or jabsl was told how you get out of this sometime ago, I'll see if l can find out how it works.
anything they compel you to register. So, out of interest where does it say legally who owns your bike, or TV or watch or your clothes? Or any of your property?
So what is it that's different about a car compared to the rest of your property that means you require legal proof of ownership?
So you’ve done this, have you?anything they compel you to register.
Do you know that you don't have to have a driving license, tax your car or insure it if you don't want to.
If you get pulled over and say that you are "travelling". they can't touch you, they will try to make you say that you are "driving". which gives a different meaning in law. You have every right to travel, "driving" is a commercial venture and different.
More bollocks as usual. It's like the common law bullshit, it doesn't actually get you anywhere.anything they compel you to register.

Yes they would, it's written in law, the same as they can seize assets gained from fraud or drug dealing. If you could prove you owned the vehicle legally they wouldn’t be able to take it off you and crush it for example
where did l say that ? If l have why would l tell a shit bag rat like you.So you’ve done this, have you?
what the fuck - are you all completely stupid in the Groovy Gang, don't answer that !You are the registered keeper of a vehicle firstly for tax purposes and secondly for law enforcement.
