No they couldn’t. The only way they can is by you only being able to prove you are the registered keeper. You’re treading water now and sinking fast.
That is why they have statutes. Even you have to agree as you have described it yourself. It is impossible to prove you are the legal OWNER of a motor vehicle. In law it cannot be proven. That is an established fact. So because of this they can remove your vehicle, take it away etc and you can’t do jack shit about it, because you can never prove you are the legal owner in the eyes of the law and that’s going by your own fucking description.

If it's written in statute then they can. It's quite easy to prove if you bought it new, they can still seize and crush it if you don't insure it. You're not even treading water.

Yes of course they can. By ensuring that in law they make it impossible to prove you are the legal owner of a motor vehicle you have no way of challenging the statute at the time of making.
Explain to me again how you prove you are the legal owner of a motor vehicle by showing the receipt when you purchased it from someone who can’t prove he or she owns the vehicle as they are just the registered keeper which the law is quite specific saying you are not the legal owner just because you are the registered keeper?

Being a bit selective there. The law doesn't only apply to those buying used cars privately, it applies to everyone. It's easy to prove you're the owher if you buy from a dealer. They can still seize and crush your car, even if you show them your receipt.

If the car is in the dealers name then they are the registered keeper and not the owner. In law those receipts mean jack shit.

Yes, you're being selective by talking about having a a receipt from someone who can't prove ownership. A brand new car isn't registered in a dealer's name.

Ah, so the dealer, who can’t prove he’s the owner, registers the car for you to say you are the registered keeper and not the owner but alls good because you can show anyone a receipt to say you own it because it’s signed by the dealership who can’t prove they owned it in the first place 👍

It all goes back to your first point. The cunts can do whatever they want.
Research how you prove you OWN a vehicle and if the registered keeper is proof of ownership. How many folk can prove they own a vehicle going by the law? I always thought that it was “taking a vehicle without the owners consent” but it’s actually “taking without consent” the owner bit is missing.
Regardless of any conspiracy theory it’s actually quite interesting if you can’t prove in law you own a vehicle
 
Many years ago when I still lived with my mum I had a mark1 cortina that I bought for £20, I had it for 6 months and one day the universal joint broke and I came to a halt on the side of the road, I jumped out and left the car there with the keys in, 2days later the police arrived at my house and gave my mum a load of shit about the car, when I got home I said forget about it and I will sort it. I rang them and said you can have the car if you want but I ain’t moving it, they threatened me with this and that but I didn’t here any more and the car was gone the next day. Quite what this proves I am not sure but they seemed powerless to prosecute me.
