Johnson has quit

He blames the partygate scandal for resigning. He gives knighthoods to Patel and that twat Rees-Mogg and then hours later walks. The guy is Rodgers secret twin brother and I claim my £5. A complete and utter narcissist

Not sure if that’s the case. Time will tell, (or someone with a blue rosette will tell in time) But weighing up Boris against Blair, Boris shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near politics again while Blair needs to be on the end of a short rope.

It’s fairly evident given anything & everything he’s been involved with in his personal & public life, that Johnson acts in the interest of Johnson & no-one else.

If it’s in some way a success - he will claim the credit. If it goes wrong, he’ll blame someone else. If he doesn’t want to be held accountable, he runs away before he has to face the consequences..
 
God knows why the public like him but they do. Whether they’ll remain liking him after all this I’ve no idea but I suspect they will.

Here’s my prediction.

Labour will win the next general election. Within the folowing 2 years Boris becomes leader of the Conservative Party again because they need someone who has the best chance to lead them to a win in the next election.

I think Labour will have just one term in power and the new Boris led party will get back into power again.
