For a free thinker, who questions what they are told, it might be time to question those algorithms. You focus on the BBC - with a reach in the tens of millions - but seen oblivious to the fact that the digital media companies - with a reach of several billion - have waaaay more influence in shaping narratives. Share share share.
In this particular case, the idea that the BBC would like to rewrite history when they broadcast Boris's arrival live, in one of their most watched programs of the year, is laughable. They tweeted out the original footage 8hrs before your man BrianMcL6 posted. Not the most effective way to "change history"...

Fwiw I have no idea what you're asking about, nor do I care. My point was purely about your reliance on your social media feed as your source of info, despite your knowledge of who runs those companies, how they run them, and how the algorithms work.
But i guarantee if that tweet had been authored by the BBC you'd apply some critical thinking. but some complete unknown user - who could literally be anyone or anything - and you lap it up cos it hits your buttons.
