My local which I’d used for years got a new gaffer and put their prices up. Stopped the lock ins and watered down the beer.
Tried the new pub and it was more expensive, the decor was nice and they wouldn’t let me wear my work close. Wouldn’t let me stand on the toilet seat and shit in the toilet like I used to do in my old local. Some of the locals thought the landlord was out of order when I asked him to change his rules just for me, but a couple of the locals told me to fuck off back to my old local if I didn’t like it.
What’s wrong with people, anyway, the ones on my side are trying to get the ones that told me to fuck off barred.

Played against the live and let live Monday night darts league. It was a decent league at the time and I was leading the league with most wins, most tons etc. the stats were pinned to the notice board.
The draw was made which individual was playing who. The guy I was playing came over and asked who I was. I introduce myself and we have a little chat.
