l have no background in law but it seems to me to be important, looking forward to being educated.


edited to say, I've flicked through it and to me it seems very important and as massive potential to change the US government, and American life.

I believe we are saying the same thing aren't we ? I wrote "for your perusal"meaning for others to read and make an opinion. I've not said its this or that, though l believe l know what it is, fair enough if I'm wrong but l can't see it at the moment.

l knew its not a decision, l thought it was the opening up of the pathway for the alleged illegal election activity to be heard, as it was denied by a lower court. Things have to follow a set procedure and this is one of the major hurdles to cross.

What I've heard and read about it all, it seems the US legal system as acted illegally, which is difficult to get by if its a corrupt and captured system. I feel positive that the barriers are being breach and the corrupt will eventually face justice. Surely thats what we all want.

PS -- did anyone say it was a "ruling" ?

another PS -- what as the Katie Hobs thing to do with this. I 100% believe that the elections including this are totally rigged. There is so much evidence that only people who want to believe otherwise could even question it !

Yes, but as I said... These are seriously strange times.

I was skyping with my friend in America yesterday. A Christian and a Democrat. I've never seen her being so pessimistic before. Even her faith in God can't bring her out of it. (I managed to cheer her up, but along the way, she told me that she now accepts that this current conflict in Europe is because the MIC in America didn't want peace with Russia after the Cold War.)

Anyroad... The Russian Collusion angle... I was astounded that people believed that. (My friend actually did, but not anymore.) If I remember rightly, the loudest one on here was the Golfer. :rolleyes:

I know Trump won 95% (or was it 98%? I canā€™t recall, it was a level that a North Korean leader would be proud of), but just for balance, I recall most if not all of Bidenā€™s rallies took place during Covid, so he undertook them remotely.

I'm not against it at all. I was pointing out that it was a filing not a judgement, which the OP seemed to have drawn the conclusion.

The Lake example I included because it is the same type of document inc the conclusion at the bottom which you need to scroll down to see.

Either way to file documents like these means absolutely nothing in reality until it's undergone the legal process.

I could file a case against Micky and Big Dave using all kinds of fancy language accusing them of allowing all kinds of nonsense posted on here by, for example, you and me. But the chances of it standing up to the rigour of the law? Don't think so, but the document itself would probably cause a stir much like the OP, well on here anyway.

I did actually know that, but probably didn't put it across well enough. Everything as to start somewhere and this is starting from with a strong foundation of truth, if you have open eyes. The system is corrupt, it always as been, but there is a way through.

I'm following other similar things in this country, and the way through IS there. There are so many people aware and active now its all snowballing and we will get a degree of justice soon.

My pet hate is injustice, I've been on both sides. I've benefitted and suffered. I'm extremely confident in my take of what's happening in the world, so l feel, and l believe I'm mostly correct that we are going slowly to the path of fairness and honesty.

Mystery is on ignore with me, hes nothing but an attention seeking coward, so best that way.

Thanks. So are we now saying that Trump didnā€™t win 98% of the popular vote? Itā€™s as if he won spectacularly, but actually not that spectacularly. It would be great to see some actual evidence of this, rather than the same unsubstantiated words repeated over & over.

In other news, Iā€™ve never threatened anyone here with violence or want to meet them F2F to ā€œdiscussā€ things, so on that basis, that would definitely not make me the ā€œchildishā€ one.
