Has he lost the players?

There was a moment on Friday when Mavididi sent in a half-hearted cross that beat everyone and drifted harmlessly out for a goal kick. The camera zoomed in on Mavididi, who just shrugged in a bored way as if to say, “It’s not working but I’m just following orders.”

I suspect the players understand that other teams have figured out how to play against Enzo’s ‘idea’ and are desperate to be given fresh ideas, but Enzo is stubbornly refusing to provide them.

Looks like they don't believe in him anymore.
Unfortunately I don’t see this. It’s only been 2/3 weeks ago since winks was saying he’s the best manager he’s ever played for. Now I know players will creep in interview's to whoever is in charge of them at the time but winks could have said he’s really good/ I love working under him etc, he didn’t need to go as far as saying the best if he didn’t really believe in him.
Kdh, something similar with his ‘ maresca made them feel stupid ‘ statement about apparently teaching them something so simple but so effective in the way you can play the game.

Mavadidi does that expression in every 2 games from 3 when he’s awful. He does it at the exact time he grabs his shorts from both sides to pull them down again cus they clearly don’t even fit right.

And ever since Winks has developed an attitude not the same player of earlier in the season and our wingers don't want to beat a man anymore sooner pass back.
The mess created by lack of individualism

You just have to see celebrations against Norwich and Birmingham to see players are definitely on side with Mareseca. The reason Winks came is because the way Enzo plays football.

No. Wilf's slight downtuern just mirrors that of the team generally.
I think the problem is how we swept all before us in the first half of the season.
This led to a belief that the system was infallible and something of a complacency crept in
in which the system would be enough and effort and work was not needed.
I though the penny had dropped before Millwall as we picked up points by scrapping for them.
But the old ways came back. The system is fine but it is not enough on its own.
You scrap, you win.

Surely Winks didn't know exactly how we put into practice a plan
he may have seen he could be the axis but
has become frustrated as play has become stagnant even this plan requires .movement and ability and we have seen little of either
