The eternal pessimist
Surely it’s time to give him an extended run? He’s one of the few players who shows any enthusiasm and he seems to know where the net is. Bench Vardy for a while.

His graft alone should be guaranteeing him pitch time. Everyone knows he would have worked harder than any of them lot did on Saturday

You are joking aren’t you. Did you watch him against Moscow at home. He was static - no movement across the line.
He should play against Warsaw but I’m not sure about him in the Premier League yet. Let see how he copes first on Thursday against another deep lying back 4 or 5.

But it's all about a supply line as I said at the time Vardy is another who fails without the ammunition

Yeah I would play Daka with Nacho give Vardy a break, I would also include Bertrand at left-back, was fabulous getting forward preseason.

Exactly. But on what I’ve seen so far Vardy’s movement across a deep back line is better than Daka’s who simply failed to give his team mates in possession any options. Early days I know, but let’s see whether there’s an improvement Thursday night.

Vardys movements across the line comes from experience and his brain.
Unfortunately Daka has had no time to adjust either to the pace or the ramifications of being a lone striker.
