He should especially if JV gets another contract and we get another striker. My betting is he goes back on loan to Preston.

We need a new striker no matter what. Vardy is our best player in that position but won't be able to play every game. Cannon has promise but is unproven at that level. Daka isn't good enough and ideally will be sold.

So we need a new striker who is good enough to be considered the main option in that position. If we find somebody who matches that description and have Vardy and Cannon as back-ups, I could live with that.
 
Strikers who can score regularly in the Prem cost a lot of money and we don't have none. Any other will be as big a gamble as Canon and the money will be better used elsewhere.

We will have money to spend next season, FT expert ( Big Strong Leicester Boy podcaster) reckons £60m.

Sorry but there no rhyme or reason for this
the only way to learn is with experience, he sure as hell aint going to get that loaning him to lower divisions, hes more of a striker than Daka will ever be here.
Give the kid a chance Jesus H we gave Vardy a chance and look where he is it's bullshit to say he ain't good enough when you play Daka who cant lead a line for love nor money
The forward you need is a playmaker also we urgently need a box to box midfielder they are not two a penny.

If we want to give Cannon a chance. Don't give Vardy a new contract. Let him and a new striker fight it out to be no 1.

Well if Vardy is struggling and only has one or two by late October or November we’ll need to make a switch and Cannon will be waiting in the wings.
 
I would sooner give Cannon the chance to play, than sell him, he has shown albeit limited that he can play made intelligent runs scored in the couple games and seems to have the right attitude but what must he be thinking after reading the rags god knows.
Why on earth we have persisted with a lad who clearly has not matched his price and matched his so called abilities, only the Manager knows,
he certainly hasn't got to grips with football here and with promotion you step up another gear and l certainly cannot see him develop all off sudden into the striker he was on the Continent.
Its not the lads fault entirely many many continental stars have failed to grasp the intensity of English football.
 
Reading FT and someone said that he heard on good authority that the only reason we brought Cannon was a insurance policy just in case we didn't go up and had a transfer embargo. That way we already have someone who's played in this league before.
 
I cant see for the fucking life of ne, what Cannon has ever done/not done, to deserve his treatment. Enzo came out with the bollocks that he, “feels sorry for him, he trains well, and could get a lot of goals at another club”! What the fuck is that supposed to mean? The only reason he doesnt score goals in this team is that he is sat on the bench. This twat talks in riddles.
