BBC Children in Need

Just skimmed through the last Annual Report of Children in Need and Red Nose Day - 2 separate organisations but still 'Charaties'

Charity seems to start with those running these oh so benevolent organisations.

I note that they feel the need to spend nearly £750,000 on London offices. Not sure how that helps the poor in Africa but I guess Phoebe wouldn't want to work up North near the less fashionable poor even if it did save the 'charity' a few quid to do more good work

Try checking out a few “charities” see how many are on their books earning a huge wage. You’ll be surprised.
Nothing wrong with folk working for a charity and getting a liveable wage from it but some really do take the piss.
I'm fully aware of the 'Charity' industry. It's just like most of the Public Sector.

Yeah, they should be run out of a Portakabin on an industrial estate. Some of these are multi-million pund businesses, they have to pay good wages to attract decent staff.

I suppose it gives you another good reason to justify to yourself why you don't support any of them.

My God, you don’t half lap up the justification narrative without question. Bet you’re the sort who will vote Starmer regardless.
So what’s good wages?
What’s decent staff?
It’s a gravy train merry go round.
