What they did last night is exactly what as been wrong with us for 4 years, and lots of other teams that fuck up.
At any level if you are not organised or switch off, you'll concede.
Remember the Arsenal back 4, they never switched off and they were totally organised and understood who did what job. That's why they only had to score once, pretty much like us in '15/16.
You swap players around in the defence and midfield, the individual responsibility goes. You need a manager who knows this and players with authority keeping others who might not have as much, in place.
If you've watched the Norwich goal, it was Dakas fault 100%, the goal scorer just walked around him after KDH was fouled (pushed 2 yards out of position). That clown Daka as got away with that, but just watch it and you'll see for yourself.
Until you can play 90 odd minutes and do your job you will fail every season. That is one reason l think we need Enzo gone.
PS. Cody is potentially your man, to start us improving, but at QPR away he had Hamza at right back, a player who can not defend at all, so the pair of them were shocking, and thats why l think Cody isn't playing regularly because of that game.
