I remember someone saying on here that he says what he has to say to get into power and they don’t have a problem with it yet they have a problem with Johnson doing the same thing.just because ones on the right and the other one is on the extreme right.

If Starmer and his cronies hadn’t worked against Corbyn in 2017 we would have had a Labour government.
If you think Starmer is different from the Tories then crack on. You are happy that the press can tell people lies so Starmer must not only kowtow to them but cuddle up to them yet criticise Pen for believing the lies of the press. Do you not see how fucked up your comments are?

I think the ironic thing is Corbyn is suspended from the Labour parliamentary group and barred from standing as a Labour candidate because the right wing press demonised and lied about him yet these people are still in the party and you don’t seem to have a problem with that.

The level of Tory chaos is perfectly summed up today with the foreign secretary leading a campaign to take the Home Secretary to court over the housing of asylum seekers . Ianouchi couldn’t have written it as it would have been too far fetched for The Thick of It .

No fan of Starmer particularly but think there are a lot of decent folk in the party who will push him to make real change - watching Yvette Cooper tear the hapless Jenryk to shreds over the utter failure of the Tories to control our borders was very satisfying .
Rayner is a firebrand old school Labour politician with principles . Streeting has more competence and integrity in his little finger than the depressing succession of fuckwits who have held the Health brief in last 13 years .
Not saying they are as radical as we might want but no way a Corbyn manifesto would get them elected .
