Were we any good?

First 15 looked OK. Once Liverpool starting pressing higher, we defaulted to self. Trying to play out from the back, 2 passes then give it away. Conceded 3 in 9 minutes.
 
Hard to think of any other time other than the 2015 miracle when the bookies look so wide of the mark.
The championship is a poor division filled with mediocrity, I can't see us being anything other than mediocre.
We simply don't look anywhere near a team that's capable of bouncing straight back.
I would have thought that betting on us finishing outside the top six is a license to print money.

We don’t look like we know how to win, but we haven’t for 2 1/2 years, it’s the norm for us now.

Afraid so, just as winning was taken for granted by a significant amount of us. It was like Cinderella going to the ball, but now it's gone past midnight.
