A lot of people on here now think he is the second coming of Franz Beckenbauer.
I still think he's more like Norman Leet.
Last night when the 2 big centre half's came up for free kicks he was out muscled by them and beaten in the air.
The pass that contributed to the first Millwall goal was awful.
He has looked better than last year, but he has found his level and if anyone thinks that a premier league side will let him lord it in the centre circle whilst deciding which 5 yard pass he is going to make they are misguided.
Just to add the goalie had a shocker for the second goal, even Kasper would have done better with that. I think that is a weakness that other teams better than Millwall may exploit.

Well he has been our best defender this season.for there first goal I think you need to lay the blame on Ricardo and fatawu for allowing the fucking cross to come in

I hear what you say ,but like it or not he's the best we've got!! When you look at our other options including Coady!!!! Personally I know who I prefer.

I'm hoping it was one bad error, rather than anything systemic with his keeping.
Don't know how tall he actually is, but he seems to feel pretty small at times. Certainly not imposing, in the old-fashioned sense.
 
I think Coady will prove himself over time. He had an unfortunate injury to start with and is playing catch up.
vesta is good , but at this level!! I believe his contract is up at the end of the season and if we do go up the quandary is do we give him a new one.

If we go up I think we will let him go and recruit someone younger or play Nelson.
