Up For The Cup?

In almost every other year that I’ve supported City, I’ve wanted us to have a Cup Run. I feel differently this year. I’d actually have no issue if Enzo made 11 changes to the Team on Saturday. We have only one mission this season, and to risk injury to any key member of the Team almost feels foolish.

I’ve never ever wanted us to lose, and I hope we don’t lose at Millwall. We’ll just have to progress using the Squad. If we make it through a couple of rounds, and things still look good in the league, then maybe we take a different stance.

We should rotate a big chunk of the team but still go for the win. Millwall will likely also rest some players.

We lost to them last time in the cup. I want to avenge that defeat.

Let’s see how we go for the first round or two. I do not want anything to get in the way of promotion but winning is a habit that we are absolutely in. Let’s keep it going.

Agree,
The FA Cup still matters & while promotion is priority we still have enough in the a squad to dispose of the likes of Millwall with no problem.
Plus, I want us to win the cup with 30,000 + Leicester City fans inside Wembley.

Likewise I have no wish to be in this competition this year.
I want nothing to derail this fantastic season but I would love us to pit our team against a mid table Premier league side, say Palace eg., just to see where our style of play would take us hopefully next season. So beat Millwall and hope for a home draw against a Prem team ....

Exactly my thoughts. A mid table PL team at home would be perfect
