Not much saucepan banging going on nowadays.

It’s almost like the media is helping to destroy it.

It’s fucked, you can say goodbye to it soon, whichever puppets are in ‘power’
 
They should charge everybody £20 to get an appointment. No concessions for lazy sponging cunts, or immigrants. Every fucker should pay to see a doctor or A&E that would sort 3/4's of the mentally challenged twats out.

Sounds like you're in favour of the Tories privatising the NHS. As long as you're OK.
 
Fund the service properly (extra staffing), sort out the inefficiencies, remove all traces of privatisation, abolish private healthcare (which uses NHS trained staff, paid for by the public and takes away appointment slots), make appointments available in the evenings etc.
Just off the top of my head...loads of other solutions...
How are you assigning who the cunts are, that don't need to be there?
