Is there such a thing? We need a legal eagle to start a case, for all those under 65 being discriminated against.

I know people over 65 who can easily use a mobile phone. I know people under 65 who are total spods with a mobile phone.

In fact I think it is highly patronising that the club assume when you reach the age of 65 are your brain turns to mush and you are unable to perform (in their words) simple task of mobile entry and therefore can claim a plastic card.
 
As someone over 80 I did not connect the discount with any interrnet capability.
More some sort of old age discount. Generally I do not play the 'old' card when about but do recognise that
all the allowances (passport, meds, driving licence etc.) add up and help the basic pension package.
