Comments:

Presumably some fixtures will be rearranged e.g. our WBA game for the FA Cup semi-final and others for TV coverage.

Unless the wheels completely fall off ours and Leeds goal difference is worth a point over the other pair.

Only 3-4 mid-table teams seemingly have nothing to play for as far as play off and relegation places go at this point, so I for one wouldn't be able to say there's any supposedly easy three-pointers amongst the remaining fixtures.

Each of the top three have to play Southampton but neither of the other top sides.

It's a funny old game Brian.

What say the pundits hereabouts then? Feel free to predict your top four order, respective points totals and a rationale (if there is one) as to why.

Myself? I'm not planning on eating my vegetarian pork pie hat just yet so I believe the places will remain as they are. I thank you, and I mean that most sincerely.

I’m going for LCFC 15 points so 97 total
Leeds 19 points so 98 points total
Ipswich 19 points so 97 points
Saints 15 points so 88 points

Think it’ll be very close but then I’m crap at the predictions league this season so WTF do I know !

From that list, our most difficult fixtures are all at home. You'd like to think that would be an advantage, but our home support this season has been....mixed...

Channeling your inner Hughie Greene very nicely, but it's really Michael Myles time.

And we have more pressure on us at home.

It’s squeaky bum time for sure.

it should be an exciting end to the season looking at it but with the state of our club and team its depressing.

This is where we need the fans to generate a atmosphere. Regardless of how we are playing generate a atmosphere that will inspire the players.
This is where we need the players to inspire the crowd with effort. application and skill.
It's a reciprocal arrangement.

No they didn't, they bored everyone to tears and were rewarded with incredibly large pay packets
They may have bored you and others but they didn't bore everyone, people probably left because they believed the game was effectively over.

So do the fans ... we all crave excitement Daggers, to brighten up our hour and a half each week
Agreed. It’s a 2 way street. Entertain and the noise levels increase which lifts the players.

They’re not allowed to play entertaining football so we need to up our game to do our bit to try to get us over the line.

Salvation is at hand Bitt me duck!

Since so many on here had gone into total meltdown (and that's before the financial shit hit the fan) in the last 2-3 weeks (you'd think we were on the verge of relegation to the National Conference!) I have commissioned my team of elite scientists (no Big Pharma here conspiracy dudes - it's all totally kosher) to create an even more potent (if that were possible I hear you say) positivity pill. KayPee's Super Strength +++™ should be available for sale after we have stuffed Cheatski next weekend.

Get your orders in now pop pickers! You're exempt Melton Daz - proof positive (geddit!) that my pills are efficacious in every way.

Keep the faith brothers and sisters!

Thanks for sticking to the original post subject Shane. I trust your calculations took xG fully into account 😉

Come on all you smart arses - let's hear your expert predictions.
