I like the appointment.Yes it is s bit of a gamble but prefer him to Gerrard, Parker, Smith etc. We need root and branch reform, let's give him time to implement a style and get the youth and under 21 team sorted. Seagrave for me is THE key as to why he’s coming. It’s an amazing set up compared with pretty much anything in the PL never mind the championship. The simple problem is there’s no point having a Ferrari if you can’t drive it to its full potential. You might as well have a Skoda. Since its introduction Seagrave has been a playground not a workplace. With Maresca as the driver I’m hoping he can take the Ferrari through the gears a damn sight faster than Rodgers ever did, who let’s face it, was probably still on the grid looking into the mirror at himself whilst the rest approached the first corner.
