Parking advice Southampton

Driving down Friday (first trip down there) anyone got any parking advice ?

I drove over the itchen bridge, where there were some pay and display parking, just walk back over the bridge to the ground. Good view of the ground from the bridge.

there's a few car parks around and about near the ground. Never a problem normally.

I know people have parked near St Denys station before. There’s a good pub there and about half an hour walk to the stadium. It’s supposedly quick to get out from after the match.
