Millwall away

Always prefer to new ground to go to. Daughter's boyfriend is Millwall though, so will be up for it
 
I doubt Enzo will be bothered about it.
After an heavy December fixture list, it will be a chance to recharge the batteries.

I guess that might be true if you’re talking about the New Den, but don’t forget that a 1-0 win in 1969 was part of a run to Wembley. I was there, but only made it to half time, because all hell broke out after Lenny scored and my mate ended up in hospital getting stitches to a head wound. I’ve never been back.

Twice at the Old Den ,walshy sent off lost 2-1 then the night game lost 2-0 nightmare both games.

Dont recall that, but remember the plod batten charging Wall, on horses, then getting led down a disused railway line, to be greeted by said Wall throwing the copings off the bridge at us. Then, on the way out, some poor old sod with a hot dog barrow getting cleared out.

Sure was.

We came out of an underground station and was greeted with beer bottles that had wings......
I can't remember much about the place but there was plenty of fighting outside the Den.
During the match a Millwall fan went nuts in our end when they scored.
There was a bit of a pile on, I think he got a kicking but I didn't hear or see him after that.

The most scared I have ever been at a match. And pretty much the coldest. And the team was abysmal, they clearly didn't fancy it either
