McAteer

Should never had come on was holding the top of his tight whilst warming up at half time. Should have told the physio he felt a twinge.

Absolute bollocks
Clearly not, judging at todays pre match interview

will definitely miss that clash with Ryan Lowe's high-flying Lancashire outfit, and remain out for some time afterwards. There was better news elsewhere, however, with Maresca confirming there are no new injuries.

"It will be between four and six weeks," Maresca told reporters at Seagrave on Tuesday, concerning McAteer's injury.

I think that it depends on whether you strain it or snap it. It looks like KM has strained it.
Putting it under full load some hour or so after the prematch warm up might be looked at...

I love the utterings of the medical geniuses on here.
What the fuck does 'looking at putting a hamstring under full load an hour after pre-match warm up' actually fucking mean?
Are you claiming it's a miracle that every sub doesn't hurt their hamstring after coming on in the second half?

No but there is more chance of a 'cold' strings, or any muscle, going when fully taxed within a couple of minutes of coming on.
And especially after half time. Experienced players will have learned to manage themselves.
Not too difficult for you?

So you didn’t see him warming up at half time then, under the physio’s instruction?
Reckon they need you there, calling the shots.
