Just seen that the Algerian football wizard has left Man city to take the Arab gold.

He was a twat the way he behaved when he wanted to leave us, but will never forget the way the ball seemed to stick to his boot when receiving a pass or when going past the opposition players.

You cant blame him if they want to throw money about like confetti you fuck your pride of being a damn good footballer....hes made for life after this stint same as Henderson

I'm pissed the board never had the foresight for a sell on clause. Considering his past I would've nailed on he would push for a move the minute he was favour of the month.

My point is he earns £300k a week over here. He doesn’t need any more dollar, it’s just pure greed.

What principles has Mahrez dropped for money? I don’t remember him being a big supporter of the gays and trans crowd. He’s a Muslim, fella that’s fucking good at football.

i don’t understand why people think they have some kind of right to suggest a man they don’t know should do what they deem to be the right thing to do, because they don’t like another country’s muslim beliefs. How many people on here would turn down an offer of doing whatever job they're currently for 5 million a year in another country?

id buy a private plan and fly over there in an instant, safe in the knowledge that my children and their children will be set for life.

What a fantastic footballer all he was for us tho all politics aside. Who can blame him for taking a deal like that in a Muslim country where he probably feels at home. Don’t know about Jordan Hendason tho especially when he finally comes out. Might be difficult lol
 
I'm fucking sick of all the hand-wringing bed-wetters carping on about how terrible the saudis are, how so-and-so shouldn't go there, how they don't need the money, how the league's a joke, how they'd never do anything like it, how fucking this and how fucking that.
I bet no-one even boycotts games against the barcodes, let alone anything more meaningful, when they can just pipe up with some more whining about how terrible it all is.

(Cue you-know-who saying how "angry" I am. Not angry, just sick of more holier-then-thou posturing.)
