Lump on

Personally I hate these international breaks. It deprives me of my weekend football just so England (in my case) can play an Anderby Creek second eleven to qualify for some cup we are unlikely going to win.

And why are Championship games not being played, especially when the England Manager has admitted to not playing second tier players in his elite team is a mystery?

Give me my football back.

Algar I’d personally not like to play a league game with a severely depleted team / squad as many others have joined their respective national or U21 teams for some international games.
 
Fair do's Daggers. Just being a bit grumpy with the England team. I appreciate that our other national sides may not have the choice of Premier league players. However the games aren't cancelled when the African Cup is being played were Leicester City could lose up to 4 players.

Four from a squad of 25 isn’t that bad, whereas nine from a squad of 25 ..
