By what measure was Evans ever going to be a great player signing for Man Ure? Coach yes but not as a player.

Yes it does but it’s all kept quiet. This has now been made public.

There’s a huge difference between giving credit and praise to a few opposition players, and tapping them up. Are we likely to make a player signing from Blackburn in January or next summer? Unlikely I would have thought.
